About the Opportunity
Unlock a dynamic career opportunity as a Demand and Supply Planner within our high performing team.

Join us on a rewarding 12-month contract basis, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our operations.

As a versatile professional, you'll immerse yourself in a hybrid role, focusing on demand (40%) and supply (60%) responsibilities.

Reporting to the Sales and Operational Planning Manager, key accountabilities of this role include:

  • Leading the local supply planning function: Specifically managing rework and prepack activities, while closely collaborating internally with Trade Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance and other key stakeholders across the business to ensure tight deadlines are met
  • Externally: Efficiently managing direct vendors, including raising purchase orders, managing stock transfers (outbound/inbound) and associated activities/communication
  • Supporting the demand planning and forecasting processes across all categories, channels, and brands
  • Participating in (with a view to leading) collaborative demand reviews, fostering a unified approach to developing account and brandspecific forecasts in each S&OP cycle
  • Weekly/monthly reporting responsibilities
  • Liaising with key contacts including the main Singapore supply planning team and external manufacturing operations as required to achieve successful outcomes at every turn

About You

To thrive in this role, you will need**:

  • Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in supply/demand planning, and supporting forecasting processes
  • A solid understanding of supply chain dynamics, particularly in pharmaceutical or FMCG environments
  • Proficiency in SAP, intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with Veeva or a similar Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a proven track record of crossfunctional collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ideally a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations
