The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our corporate team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager the primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the corporate business units within the iNova business.


  • Key accountabilities include:_
  • Corporate invoicing, purchase requests and corporate credit card administration
  • Expense administration and reporting
  • Maintaining Serko travel portal and organising travel when required
  • New contracts and actioning expirations
  • Vendor masterdata maintenance as required
  • Global Insurance program administration
  • General administrative assistance to the Corporate Operations Manager

About You


To be successful in this role you will possess 3+ years' experience in an administrative position ideally gained in a corporate environment with a focus on contract managment.

You will also posses an intermediate level of experience of MS Office 365.

Previous experience with SAP and expense management program experience would be advantageous but is not a requirement for this role.
