Cannon Hill Location - parking available Split WFH/WFO

  • Sales between $65K $72K plus Super pending experience
  • Varied role across reporting and administration


We are currently looking for someone that enjoys a varied role, creating reports, review asset registers, administration tasks and can work independently.


The role is assisting the Commercial Manager and various Business Operation Managers in collating information, reporting and administration within the business.


Key Duties will include:


  • Production of a number of reports across the business
  • Weekly time register reports for departments
  • Reports of Incidents onsite ensuring all documentation is attached
  • Maintain Asset Registers onsite track asset movements, replacements, repairs
  • Monitor purchases and stock review invoices
  • Administration support to Manager

About You:


  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting business requirements and priorities
  • The ability to pick up new databases and systems quickly
  • High attention to detail and strong ability for information seeking
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Drivers Licence


The position is based in Cannon Hill with ability to work from home one or two days per week but you will also be required to travel to sites on occasion from Gold Coast to North Brisbane.

You will be reimbursed for travel.
