We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Storeperson for our client, a national supplier of quality building products in Newcastle.

This is a Casual role in the Trade industry and offering a competative salary of $30/HR


As a Storeperson you will be responsible for hand loading and unloading gyprock, inventory management, forklift operation (if ticketed), some heavy lifting, and general stores duties.

Description

  • Hand load and unload Gyprock and plasterboard.
  • Manage inventory and perform general stores duties.
  • Provide basic customer service support.
  • Operate forklift if holding a valid ticket.
  • Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required.
  • Maintain a safe and organised work area.

Profile

  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including some heavy lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Forklift operation experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Offer

  • Hourly rate of $30/HR per hour.
  • Casual position offering flexibility.
  • Mon-Fri schedule: 6:00AM 3:30PM.
