Description

  • The Project Officer role will provide quality assurance and security checking of Certified List production at print sites in Sydney
  • This will involve assessing the quality of the Certified List of individuals
  • Production takes place at a print provider's premises.
  • All officers will be provided with training prior to the requirement (provided by the dept). QA staff will be required for up to 7 days but will vary at each site
  • QA staff will be required to follow and complete a check list during the production process. The check list comprises tasks to
  • Assess that the printed product is in line with department requirements
  • Certain key performance indicators are gathered, including checking and reporting 'milestone' events and
  • Contractual security requirements are being observed. Any findings are to be reported to the AEC QA Manager.
  • Previous QA work experience is desirable but not mandatory

Profile

  • Able to conduct shift work for a short period of time
  • Readily available

Job Offer

  • Australian citizen
  • Current drivers licence and own insured car (May need to drive to multiple locations)
  • Ability to obtain and pass a police check (Or currently hold one at least 3 months old)
  • Be politically neutral
  • Online training sessions to be provided prior to start date
