THE OPPORTUNITY

We have multiple entry level roles available in our claims teams where you will manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims and liaise with injured workers, employers, and their treating health practitioners.

Your focus will be on providing a high level of service and supporting injured workers to recover from a workplace injury and support them to return to work.


As part of our interview process, successfully reviewed applicants will need to be available to attend a
face-to-face group interview on
Tuesday
28 or Wednesday 29th of May 2024.


This will be a
full time, permanent position commencing on
1 July 2024 based in either of our
Newcastle King St or Honeysuckle offices, with flexibility to work from home once you've completed training.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide early, timely and personal customer focused and empathetic service to injured workers and employers
  • Proactively and effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within the legislation and compliance guidelines
  • Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage the endtoend outcomes for a portfolio of cases
  • Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand (including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities)
  • Conduct claims reviews, case conferences or face to face meetings with clients as required

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience within an administration, hospitality, retail or corporate field, specialising in customer service
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
  • Thrive on working in a team environment and collaborating with others
  • Proactive, selfmotivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as injured workers, employers and allied health professionals
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
