Vocational Services Specialist

THE OPPORTUNITY

This will be a
full time, 12-month max term contract position based in the
Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

No billable KPIs, therefore providing the opportunity to focus on achieving sustainable outcomes
Conduct a range of vocational assessments across various injured workers' portfolios;
Support injured workers to return to new employment following injury or illness, using your influential skills and industry knowledge;
Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, and internal stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
Draw insights from available vocational assessments to provide advice on meaningful and sustainable employment pathways
Maintain an external focus (market dynamics, emerging labour trends) to ensure internal practices evolve and advance appropriately
Manage relationships with key Return to Work Providers to monitor performance and compliance against the appropriate fee schedule
Contribute to continuous improvement and overrall framework success

ABOUT YOU

Rehabilitation Consultant (with relevant professional membership. RCAA and/or CDAA membership);
Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Excellent time management, attention to detail and strategic thinking abilities;
Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach;
Strong local labour market knowledge;
Effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a dynamic environment
Ability to work within a collaborative team environment with strong customer service skills
Demonstrated experience with the implementation of organisational development frameworks, strategies, initiatives to build the capability and culture required for EML to execute on its strategic objectives.
