This will be a
full time, 12-month max term contract position based in the
Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • No billable KPIs, therefore providing the opportunity to focus on achieving sustainable outcomes
  • Conduct a range of vocational assessments across various injured workers' portfolios;
  • Support injured workers to return to new employment following injury or illness, using your influential skills and industry knowledge;
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, and internal stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
  • Draw insights from available vocational assessments to provide advice on meaningful and sustainable employment pathways
  • Maintain an external focus (market dynamics, emerging labour trends) to ensure internal practices evolve and advance appropriately
  • Manage relationships with key Return to Work Providers to monitor performance and compliance against the appropriate fee schedule
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and overrall framework success

ABOUT YOU

  • Rehabilitation Consultant (with relevant professional membership. RCAA and/or CDAA membership);
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and strategic thinking abilities;
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach;
  • Strong local labour market knowledge;
  • Effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team environment with strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrated experience with the implementation of organisational development frameworks, strategies, initiatives to build the capability and culture required for EML to execute on its strategic objectives.
