About the opportunity
Our Team Experience Partner will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing end-to-end people lifecycle deliverables. You'll ensure our people strategies are fully embedded within the Woolworths ecosystem.

As we deploy this initiative, you will work collaboratively with Project and Deployment teams to deliver a range of innovative people initiatives.

This role is a 12 month opportunity, based in Sydney with flexible work arrangements available.

**You'll demonstrate your impact by

  • Support the design and lead the execution of endtoend Team Member experience
  • Build leadership capability and career pathways
  • Partner with Proactive Services Leaders to develop team engagement initiatives and provide actionable insights to leaders on trends in HR data
  • Partner with the Proactive Services Program People team so that activities is executed as per timeline and approach
  • Support people and reward initiatives in WFM giving you the opportunity to work across a number of teams and functions
**Some attributes we would like to see

We are seeking a Senior People Partner who can help support a start-up business and project at pace - are comfortable navigating pivots and not afraid to lean into the grey.

As an experienced HR professional, you will ideally have previous experience working in a retail or in-store environment.

You are passionate about people and have a track record of successfully designing and implementing innovative people strategies that deliver results.

This role will suit someone with strong HR foundations and excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
