Job Description Summary:


The ANZ Product Manager will drive localization of BD marketing initiatives and downstream execution for currently available and next generation products related to BD Alaris Infusion Sets and BD Bodyguard Ambulatory Pump portfolio.

Marketing includes developing and executing plans, strategic positioning and messaging, KOL management as well as marketing and sales collateral.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and execute marketing plans independently, as well as coordinated approach with other Product Managers within MMS;
  • Prepare marketing materials, value dossiers and sales tools;
  • Ensure that the ANZ organization follows BD branding guidelines;
  • Build network of key professionals, stakeholders and other organisations to ensure constant awareness;
  • Organize local events and exhibitions;
  • Collect customer insights, testimonials, Case studies and competitive intelligence;
  • Follow and analyze market and trends, and prepare market analysis reports as needed;
  • Forecasting and logistics support will encompass 50% of the role requirement. Strong analytical experience will be advantageous;
  • Support distributor management;

Preferred Requirements:

  • Relevant marketing experience within the hospital or healthcare industry;
  • Demonstrated ability in numerical analysis will be advantageous;
  • Experience in the development of portfolio strategies, with strong communication skills;
  • Ability to research, analyse, interpret and maximise the use of market intelligence;
  • Demonstrates high levels of computer skills particularly spreadsheets, graphics, presentations databases and word processing;
  • Problem solving ability and demonstrated examples of innovative solutions;
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills;
  • Experience in a matrix environment;
Travel requirement

The position requires approximately 10% domestic travel
