**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: - Help to Support Corporate vaccination via processing administrational process

  • Liaise with corporate flu partners to issue coupons & work with Health Engine to generate remittances
  • Drive the administrational tasks needed for managing Pinnacle Pharmacy Services Program and any future pharmacy programs
  • SiSU Health Group:
  • Managing SiSU billing and invoicing
  • Aid movement health station to new or debranded pharmacy stores
  • Record and pay invoices within trading terms
  • Coordinate training events for various Pharmacy Services training events (booking venues, paying invoices, booking staff travel needs etc)
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports as requested
  • General administrative tasks as required
  • The on charging of invoices to franchise partners and relevant outsourced services
  • Assist team members when available to manage overflow of tasks
  • Admin support for broader digital health and innovation team
  • Strong processing skills
  • Understanding of financial requirements as they relate to project accounting, eg. capital and operating expenditure
  • Experience in a similar high demand administration role with the ability to prioritise, meet time frames and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral whilst dealing with work colleagues, staff in stores and suppliers
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and individually
  • Ability to prioritise jobs and meet deadlines
  • Readiness to ask questions and use initiative
**Education/Qualifications: - VCE or Equivalent

  • Extensive experience as a personal assistant or customer service experience
