About Us:


In this newly created role, as the Head of Integration - Technology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of cyber security projects and initiatives within Wesfarmers Health.

You will be responsible for addressing risks, threats, and security improvements to safeguard sensitive data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating the secure onboarding of new businesses.

Your focus on risk, governance, and readiness will align our cyber security framework with corporate standards set by the Wesfarmers CFC.

Please note this is an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract opportunity, with view to continue pending business requirements.


What you'll do:


  • Lead and manage cyber security projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets specific to the healthcare industry.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans tailored to the unique requirements of healthcare organizations, including security improvements, risk assessments, compliance measures, and technology integration activities for acquisitions.
  • Utilize indepth knowledge of cyber security principles, methodologies, and best practices within the context of the healthcare industry, providing specialized guidance on retail threats and advising on cyber security considerations for franchisees.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues associated with cyber security projects in the healthcare domain, including those related to acquisitions.
  • Establish strong working relationships with senior leadership, project teams, healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, franchisees, and retail partners relevant to the healthcare industry.
  • Drive the adoption of cyber security initiatives within Wesfarmers Health, aligning with the organization's Cyber Security Strategy and corporate standards promoted by the Wesfarmers CFC.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet highquality standards and comply with relevant healthcare data privacy regulations.
  • Lead cyber assessments of potential acquisitions to evaluate cyber security risks and vulnerabilities, and support riskbased integration planning and initiatives for new businesses.

About the Role:

**What you'll bring: - Extensive project management experience in the healthcare industry.

  • Demonstrated history of managing cyber security projects in fast moving and growing organisations. Healthcare and/or Retail industry preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of cyber security principles, methodologies, and frameworks within the context of healthcare, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health Informatics, Information Systems) preferred.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM are highly desirable.
