The Opportunity
The Commercial Support resource will be allocated to projects/products to work closely with and support their commercial activities.

In this role, you will:

Provide leadership and direction to ensure a high‐level of integration and consistency across procurement and contracting
Support procurement planning, tendering and contract formation, and contract management activities
Provide high level advice, assistance and services during the procurement lifecycle on contracting activities including coordination of legal and financial services
Design mitigation strategies for the risks associated with very complex procurement and contracting activities
Consult on very complex and strategic procurement contracting issues

About you

Defence procurement and contract management experience
Maritime domain experience (desirable)
Knowledge of the contracting and procurement framework, the PGPA and other related Defence policies
Experience in ASDEFCON
Security Clearance: Baseline minimum with willingness to upgrade to NV1
