Job Description

Job Summary

The role of Client Success Manager is to proactively engage with and support our clients, ensuring their success while also advocating for Intelerad's interests. The Client Success Manager plays a key role in ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes at every stage, deriving maximum value from our solutions.

Responsibilities include partnering with clients to enhance their return on investment, establishing strong relationships at all levels, gathering feedback for continuous improvement, promoting training and new solution adoption, and serving as the voice of the client within Intelerad. Additionally, the Client Success Manager coordinates with internal teams to address client needs, manage escalations, and drive overall account growth.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills

  • University degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Over 3 years of customer success experience
  • Ability to articulate the value of software products
  • Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
  • Experience in team leadership and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with RIS/PACS workflows is a plus
  • Up to 10% travel required, primarily in Australia
