ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • We are currently looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to work in our Eastern Regional Office located in Hughesdale
  • Working closely with a team of care advisors, referral agencies and service providers, our care Coordinators are responsible for coordinating referral pathways and rostering of Mercy Health external service providers.
  • Processing and approving incoming invoices for payment
  • General office administrative duties

ABOUT YOU:

If you are passionate about supporting people in your local community, you have excellent customer service and communication skills and you enjoy working in an environment where the changing needs of our clients are a priority, then we want to hear from you

Experience with rostering systems would be advantageous, but not essential.
