The Opportunity

Reporting to the Technical Services Practice Manager, this role sits within a closeknit team who are passionate and focussed on delivering technical capabilities to our people and clients.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our technical services shine, both for our internal teams and valued clients. Your focus will be on maintaining service levels, proactively managing changes, and guaranteeing topnotch quality and resilience. Plus, you'll have the chance to showcase your expertise by representing our technology services across the organisation and engaging with key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include managing IT services against SLAs, providing insightful reporting, driving remediation efforts, and ensuring disaster recovery plans are not only in place but thoroughly tested. As a gatekeeper for significant changes, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our services.
