The Role

In the role of Architecture Practice Manager, you will lead and guide the architecture community, providing people and process leadership to ensure the prioritised delivery of architecture outcomes, a consistent stakeholder experience, and continuous improvement of architecture practices

Key Responsibilities:

Function as a Project Manager and Scrum Master for the Architecture Community, overseeing and facilitating the execution of architecturerelated projects and initiatives
Manage the delivery backlog across the Architecture team, taking responsibility for supporting prioritisation, scheduling, assignment, and conflict management to ensure efficient and effective delivery of architectural work
Provide comprehensive support for the ongoing maintenance of core Architecture artifacts, which include Domain Technology Strategies, Domain Architecture Blueprints, Architecture Patterns, and Architecture models
Ensure funding availability for architecture resources, supporting Insignia's recharge models
Support the architecture community in forecasting
Take responsibility for supporting and maintaining architecture practices and processes within the broader Insignia architecture community

To be successful in this role you will possess:

Extensive technology experience working across multiple domains
Proven leadership experience, including as a project/program manager, scrum master, or similar role
Strong communication and influencing skills
Demonstrated strong leadership skills across multidiscipline teams
Understanding of impacted business domains
Experience with architecture frameworks and practices
Experience across multiple delivery frameworks
Experience in highly regulated environments preferred
