The Role

  • In the role of Architecture Practice Manager, you will lead and guide the architecture community, providing people and process leadership to ensure the prioritised delivery of architecture outcomes, a consistent stakeholder experience, and continuous improvement of architecture practices

Key Responsibilities:


  • Function as a Project Manager and Scrum Master for the Architecture Community, overseeing and facilitating the execution of architecturerelated projects and initiatives
  • Manage the delivery backlog across the Architecture team, taking responsibility for supporting prioritisation, scheduling, assignment, and conflict management to ensure efficient and effective delivery of architectural work
  • Provide comprehensive support for the ongoing maintenance of core Architecture artifacts, which include Domain Technology Strategies, Domain Architecture Blueprints, Architecture Patterns, and Architecture models
  • Ensure funding availability for architecture resources, supporting Insignia's recharge models
  • Support the architecture community in forecasting
  • Take responsibility for supporting and maintaining architecture practices and processes within the broader Insignia architecture community

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Extensive technology experience working across multiple domains
  • Proven leadership experience, including as a project/program manager, scrum master, or similar role
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills across multidiscipline teams
  • Understanding of impacted business domains
  • Experience with architecture frameworks and practices
  • Experience across multiple delivery frameworks
  • Experience in highly regulated environments preferred
