About the Role


In this role you will be responsible for resolving tech issues as well as identify and report common issues and trends to relevant support teams for a major retailer.

You do not need an IT degree for this role.

To excel in this position, you must possess a strong proficiency in technology, a grasp of the workings of the retail industry, and a desire to assist individuals with technical problems by communicating solutions in a clear, easily understandable manner.

Key Details- Commencing 21st August 2023- Part time hours per week)- Monday to Friday - 6 am

  • 6 pm (rotating roster) Located at 800 Toorak Road Hawthorn East with potential for hybrid working model after training and nesting
Key Responsibilities- Answer calls from clients current employees with IT related issues- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues- Utilize knowledge base to resolve customer's issue in the first instance when possibleAbout you

You possess a strong interest in IT along with knowledge of a retail environment (preferred). Moreover, you should have practical experience in customer service, complemented by proficient written and oral communication skills.
