The Trainer is responsible for creating and delivering induction, upskill, and focused refresher training for new and existing staff. The role requires the ability to adapt to changing business requirements and autonomously manage end-to-end training delivery.

Hybrid | Melbourne CBDKey Tasks and Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, contextualised, and memorable training materials
Structure existing content in a meaningful and deliverable way
Deliver content with a passion for learning and up
skilling
Facilitate collaboration and has fresh ideas on ways of learning
Co
ordinate training programs and facilities
Quality control on existing and new training content
providing feedback on fit for purpose
Facilitate modular training for identified business skill gaps

Key Skills and Attributes Required:

Experience in Contact Centres highly desirable
Facilitation skills and ability to engage learners
Experience delivering training in a variety of ways including Face to Face, online modules, videos, webinars and practical workshops for both Hard and Soft skills
Proficient written and oral communication skills
