About the Role:


Reporting into the Hospital Director this newly created position will be responsible for leadership of the North Ryde operations team in collaboration with the broader SASH network.

The position will ultimately be accountable for the delivery of both patient and client care by ensuring the team always provides operational excellences.


Partnering with the Hospital Director and other key stakeholders this role will be responsible for departmental financial performance, delivery of financial targets and supporting the growth of the hospital by effectively executing SASH's strategy.


About You:


As an integral member of the North Ryde team, you will be an exceptional operator with strong business acumen and a hands-on approach to get the job done.


You will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, excellent communication skills, be a natural problem solver and have a desire to engage and motivate large teams towards achieving SASH's vision of defining excellence in animal healthcare.
