ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you someone who loves being out on the road?
Be provided with a takehome car
Responsible for completing Inspections, routines, finals, and PCRs
Monday to Friday role
It would suit someone living south of the river

SKILL & EXPERIENCE

Minimum months experience as an assistant property manager, property manager, or inspections consultant
Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
Professional presentation and highlevel communication skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile
Computer proficient, Property Tree experience or REST essential
