What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Develop and implement the organization's marketing and sales strategy aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to enhance market positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Leverage marketing and sales investments to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business performance.
  • Lead the product development of Uniting's Retirement Living offering to meet changing market expectations.
  • Provide guidance on emerging marketing and sales technologies, trends, and best practices in the human services sector.
  • Ensure effective marketing and sales operations, performance tracking, and delivery through robust governance frameworks and processes.
  • Drive innovation and foster a culture of customercentricity, continuous improvement in marketing and sales effectiveness, and user experience.
  • Champion marketing and sales initiatives to optimize processes, enhance customer experience, and enable datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies and controls to drive brand equity and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse marketing and sales team, fostering collaboration, customer service, accountability, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align marketing and sales initiatives with organizational goals.

Who we're looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. M.S. preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior marketing and sales leadership role within a large, complex organization.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, tactics, and tools.
  • Exceptional networking skills to identify new sales channels and improve existing ones
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies and transformation initiatives.
  • Indepth understanding of market research, customer insights, and segmentation practices.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align marketing and sales initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
