Permanent, fulltime role based in North Sydney

- $140,000 package inclusive of superannuation

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within this prestigious school for a an experienced & dedicated HR practitioner.

This is a unique opportunity that will enable you to work with a diverse & passionate group of professionals who are dedicated to enriching the lives of their students & staff.

This role will be responsible for typical HR cycles such as recruitment, onboarding, performance review, HR reporting and offboarding.

Additionally, they will have the opportunity to design and execute HR initiatives to positively impact culture, engagement & talent management over time.


Reporting into the HR Director and sitting within a team of three, you will collaborate with the team to help build the HR function, including improving and building HR processes, policies, procedures and programs.

Additionally, you will possess the below skills, experiences and attributes:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR Management or related field
  • Ideally 25 years' HR experience, ideally within a humanservices organisation
  • Ideally experience working within a smaller HR team & with complicated processes, though not essential
  • Endtoend recruitment experience
  • Strong learning agility and ability to grow and develop as a professional
  • An appreciation of the many individuals who contribute to our unique School culture, high levels of empathy and compassion are essential for the role
  • Demonstrated judgment, flexibility, and foresight
  • Proven ability meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
