The Role:

As our Martech Insights Analyst, you'll be delving into data and metrics to gauge the performance and impact of our marketing technology solutions.

Your insights and recommendations will play a key role in enhancing our strategies.

You'll actively contribute to fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making in our client engagements.

Your responsibilities include identifying and incorporating the right data and advanced analytics to ensure the success of Martech use cases.

At every stage of a CRM initiative, you'll make vital contributions, from deriving insights at the initiation to defining metrics and designing experiments during client journeys.

Your role involves measuring outcomes, drawing insights, and optimizing our future engagement actions.

As our
Martech Insights Analyst, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Taking the lead in client intelligence and data analytics for Martech.
Developing a robust view of the client lifecycle and strategic engagement across different stages and journeys.
Establishing a solid foundation for understanding clients by creating comprehensive profiles throughout their lifecycle and journeys.
Utilizing predictive insights from AI models to introduce innovative approaches in marketing Pepperstone's products and interacting with clients.
Collaborating closely and offer analytics services to business stakeholders in implementing Martech use cases.
Designing experiments, outlining tracking and measurement specifications, and analyzing/reporting performance.

About You:

Exhibit a solid grasp of statistical and numerical analyses.
Handson expertise in manipulating data from various sources using SQL.
Familiarity with tools like transactional databases (e.g., AWS Redshift), BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), and others in the Martech stack (Google Analytics, Segment CDP, Salesforce, Google Marketing Platforms, etc.).
Bonus points for skills in data wrangling and data science modeling using tools and languages such as Python.
Engage effectively with stakeholders, showcasing strong skills in gathering and defining requirements, as well as presenting analyses, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings in a simplified manner.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development.
