The Role
We support clients from all around the world.

Our Melbourne team currently supports English, Spanish, Thai, and Chinese clients and we'd love additional bilingual speakers with Arabic, Hebrew, Portuguese, Thai or Sinhala language skills.


To thrive in this role, you'll be curious, enjoy working in a customer-facing role, delivering exceptional customer service, while balancing compliance and regulatory requirements.

The markets don't stand still, and neither do we. After a period of training you will be rostered to work weekends on a regular basis.


As our Client Onboarding Officer your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to

  • Offering an excellent customer experience by providing a seamless account opening process
  • Communicating effectively with clients in order to accelerate and complete the verification process and open new accounts
  • Identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to streamline processes
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of global compliance standards, ensuring they are consistently met
  • Verifying IDs, completing extended ID checks for some countries and identifying areas of potential risk (AML/Fraudulent ID)
  • Working closely with other departments to provide accurate information with regards to the status of new accounts

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, quality assurance, and customer due diligence
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills, both with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Sound problemsolving skills and the ability to use good judgment, act and make decisions with integrity
  • Strong time management skills
