You're a safety champion with an in-depth understanding of remote site safety

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a camp/village manager/motel manager
  • Looking for a versatile maintenance person
Our client is a ward winning Hospitality Group in Western Australia, with several venues throughout Perth and Regional WA.

They require a experienced Maintenance Manager to join the team.


As an experienced camp or village manager, you know how to prioritize effectively and can handle multiple competing priorities with ease; your time management skills are highly developed from years of industry experience.

You're able to delegate effectively, lead by example and drive performance to achieve outcomes for our clients.

The kind of work to be carried out includes, but not limited to:

  • Checking off and putting away deliveries in a safe and efficient manner (manual handling)
  • Maintaining and upkeep of equipment including pool at the motel
  • Basic plumbing works
  • Maintaining grounds and gardens i.e. pruning trees, mowing lawns, removing weeds and clearing dead branches etc
  • Odd jobs like changing privacy locks, changing shower heads, changing smoke alarms, changing toilet seats etc
  • Painting & Tiling jobs.
  • Cert IV Occupational Health & Safety (preferred)
- exceptional time management and organisational skills;
- comfortable with data and regular reporting;
- excellent attention to detail across reporting and service delivery;
- highly developed leadership skills and the ability to develop a high performing team with a culture focused on proactive customer service;
- passionate about safety and providing an enjoyable working environment for all employees.

  • Someone with a fork lift license would be preferred.
