Job Description:


As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and strategic initiatives of our Properties.

You will be the right-hand person to the Managing Director, providing high-level administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth functioning of their office.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and coordinate documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support the decisionmaking process.
  • Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including agenda creation, minutes taking, and followup actions.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and teambuilding activities.
  • Undertake adhoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the property or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment in decisionmaking.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
