Description

Our client is a successful consulting firm in scale up mode experiencing rapid global growth.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and partnering with the Sydney and global TA and HR function, you will be responsible for the recruitment of the brightest talent across APAC and the U.S.A.

This newly created role will see you working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to source and recruit predominately for the APAC and US market.

You will be working across the full recruitment lifecycle providing recommendations and solutions to the business.

This role will also see you providing the business with strategic and value add initiatives ensuring that the business maintains best practice.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with sound interpersonal skills.

You will have demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and networks and passionate about working in a fast paced, ambiguous, global environment with cross functional collaboration.
