Job Description:
Are you an up-and-coming Communications Executive looking to join a multi-national ASX listed blue chip organisation and global leader in sustainability and take the next step in your career?
As a valued part of the Corporate Communications team, your role has been newly created to develop engaging content that promotes Brambles and CHEP to a global audience via our digital channels, with a focus on social media.
You will co-ordinate campaign implementation across the Group's social media and content sharing platforms, working in close collaboration with the regional communications and marketing teams.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop and produce engaging content in collaboration with internal stakeholders (including sustainability, recruitment, diversity and inclusion) for external communications channels
- Maintain and coordinate editorial/content calendar for Brambles and global CHEP campaigns (performance updates, corporate announcements and sustainability or employee initiatives)
- Implement campaigns across social media, content sharing and owned platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, CHEP website), working with global colleagues to coordinate global activation
- Work with manager to ensure content aligns with overarching corporate strategy and messaging
- Monitor platform trends, investigate tools for social publishing, listening and reporting, and present recommendations about adoption
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related discipline
- Experience working in a social media or communications role with exposure to campaign management
- Track record of producing high quality and engaging content across video, image and copy
- Skills in written communication (editing, copywriting) and content development (visual/graphic design, video editing)
- Solid understanding of social media and content sharing platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, website)
- Ability to work in crossfunctional teams and culturally diverse settings
- Flexible, selfmotivated, engaged, resultdriven and proactive ability to deliver against a wide variety of business objectives at pace
- Ability to collaborate with and influence both senior and juniorlevel stakeholders
