Are you looking to join a global ASX listed organisation and sustainability leader and take the next step in your career? Do you have a background that is a combination of B2B sales or marketing, project / program management and supply chain? Are you keen to use your strategic thinking and commercial acumen to develop new markets?


As part of the Sales and Customer Solutions team, you will be responsible for developing a strategy for the development of new commercial channels, and leading the implementation by partnering with the broader organisation on execution.

This is a critical role with high level exposure internally and could potentially be a great platform for rapid career growth within CHEP.

The role will be based out of our Macquarie Park office, and reports directly to the Director, Strategic Sales Planning.


The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Build and execute a coordinated plan to increase CHEP's presence and revenue in new B2B channels, including e-commerce
  • Develop and implement commercial initiatives, projects, and programs, using either existing or new products, that will drive customer value and business growth
  • Engage with customers to identify opportunities for potential collaborations
  • Develop the blueprint of the commercial model that provides win:win solutions for both customers and CHEP
  • A degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Experience in logistics, retail or supply chain with an understanding of the movement of goods
  • Proficient project/program management skills
  • A strong understanding of how to drive business growth operationally
  • Experience in developing goto market solutions and executing strategic plans
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Strategic flair and strong critical thinking with the ability to translate into action
  • Highly developed influencing and stakeholder management skills
