The Client:

Our client is a large and well-known Local Government Organisation, who are looking for a Property specialist to join the team.

Your Role:

Manage Council's commercial, residential, cultural, and recreational property portfolio
Carry out all work in line with Council legislation
Contribute to the development and implementation of Council processes
Maintain Property Management register
Deal with leasing and licensing of community, facilities, recreational facilities, footway occupation agreements and facility hire

Requirements:

Previous experience in Local Government Property is a MUST
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong stakeholder experience
A proactive approach to problemsolving and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
