Step into the pivotal role of Technical Product Manager (TPM) and become the linchpin between our project teams and our customers.

As a TPM, you'll embody the customer's vision, collaborating closely with Product Management and across the breadth of stakeholders, including fellow TPMs, to meticulously define and prioritise tasks.

Your efforts will ensure our solutions not only meet but powerfully advance our program's priorities, all while upholding the highest degree of technical integrity.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Join our team as a Technical Product Manager (TPM) and become the pivotal engine behind our product's success. As a key player in product strategy and execution, you'll craft our product vision into meticulous roadmaps and presentations that inspire. You'll refine project tasks with precision, assuring alignment with our goals during meticulous planning sessions.
  • As we dive into project work execution, your astute task management—including sequencing and prioritisation—will be instrumental. You'll excel in justintime task elaboration and drive story acceptance criteria with clarity, ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed quality expectations.
  • Embrace the unique role of arbiter for task acceptance, upholding standards and serving as a quality gatekeeper. Your comprehensive understanding of enabler work aligns technological progress with our business objectives, shaping the infrastructure for new functionalities.
  • Share the responsibility of our project's triumphant delivery, proactively resolving challenges and spearheading quality assurance at every development stage. Your support and operational acumen will bolster platform stability, with a handson approach that ensures elevated performance and security.
  • Beyond projectrelated duties, your strategic insights will refine our product roadmap. You will clearly communicate progress and advocate for project needs. As the face of our product to stakeholders, your seamless integration of technical and nontechnical expertise will be indispensable.
  • As our TPM, you'll ensure documentation accuracy, lead with expert knowledge, and be the force that propels our product to its fullest potential. Join us and play an integral role in shaping technology that sets industry standards.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 7+ years project delivery experience & management of large projects as a Lead Product Owner / Manager
  • 10+ years' experience with Atlassian suite of products and Atlassian Certified
  • 5+ years of technical experience with the Microsoft platform specifically Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS implementations
  • 3+ years of knowledge of emerging technologies (Containers/Docker, Kubernetes Services, PowerBI / eazyBI Analytics)
  • Confidence in dealing with staff, managers and partners across the firm
  • Good knowledge of regional issues and structures, ability to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds.
  • Expert level knowledge on Atlassian suite and Atlassian Certified
  • Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Experience with Technical Product Management
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
Please note, the salary ranges 130k-200k+ with respect to your level of experience.
