Companies require reliable valuations to underpin transactions for transactions, tax, accounting, and financial reporting reasons. Our Valuation Services group offers technically sound, commercially focused independent valuations for specific client needs.

Our forward-thinking and strategic team help clients formulate appropriate business objectives and strategies, taking a flexible approach that tailors services and resources to individual client needs.

Forming part of the Valuations team this role will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative information on companies, industries and transactions to identify key performance metrics and value drivers
  • Liaise with our clients regarding business performance, cash flow forecasts and prospects and understanding key valuation drivers
  • Think critically, identify issues and propose strategies related to the advice being provided
  • Review, build and interpret financial models for businesses or projects
  • Utilise traditional and leadingedge valuation methodologies to determine the value of assets, equity or debt instruments
  • Extract relevant information to prepare clear and concise valuation reports, detailing the commercial rationale that supports the valuation opinions you have determined
  • Delegating and running valuation engagements as client liaison.
