The Compliance Analyst is responsible for administration, coordination and continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes to enhance TPG Telecom's compliance management framework The role is also responsible for assisting with oversight over the effectiveness of compliance programs through compliance assurance activities.
Responsibilities
- Leading the system administration of the compliance system, including managing & implementing change requests, system updates and refreshes and user training and support.
- Assisting with the implementation of a compliance management framework.
- Coordinating with various teams to ensure the company's internal policy governance framework is adequately maintained.
- Assisting with the development and reporting for the Group Compliance training program.
- Assisting with the implementation of a compliance control program to review and evaluate the company's adherence to policies and regulations by independently assessing processes and controls in place.
- Maintaining and developing compliance processes and tools, as well as driving continuous improvement of the compliance management framework.
- Implementation of compliance attestations and monitoring performance.
- Assisting with the preparation of period compliance reports for various levels of management.
- Working with the broader risk and audit team on adhoc projects
Knowledge and experience
- At least 3 years of experience in risk and compliance within a major corporate or consulting firm.
- Understanding of corporate and regulatory compliance programs.
- Ability to communicate with clarity, impact, and influence through both verbal and written communications.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- High levels of efficiency, with demonstrated ability to prioritise, schedule and meet challenging deadlines.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or similar disciplines.
