This opportunity
The Product Manager is responsible for bringing new Product changes to market and is a key member of the TPG Telecom team.
The Product Manager must have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams across IT, sales, provisioning, billing and legal.

- Implement strategic product changes as communicated by the management team, through building detailed product specifications documentation.
- Present and coordinate product and process improvements from inception through to gotomarket by working with IT, Digital, Strategy, Legal and other relevant stakeholders.
- Work with the various processes required by each of the relevant stakeholder areas in a timely manner.
- Engage with key internal stakeholders as a core member of the Products Team, including Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Contact Centre Operations teams.
- Perform pre and post deployment user acceptance testing and maintain a register of issues.
- Provide insight and analysis of competitor prices, plans and processes as requested by the management team.
- Provide insight and analysis of existing customer and staff workflow and processes across various systems as requested by the management team.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with consumer marketing, the wider consumer operations community, and all other functions within the business as well as key external stakeholders.
Knowledge and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, will be highly regarded.
- Strong influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with various teams to deliver product changes.
- Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude.
- Some experience in a relevant industry is required, ideally in the telecommunications/internet service provider (ISP) industry.
- Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Experience in building and delivering high quality presentations.
- Some experience in stakeholder management and project management.
