Due to our continued growth, we're very excited to be looking for an experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to join the BespokeHR family.


An integral part of our boutique HR consultancy, this role will deliver critical support and backup to our team of HR/OD professionals.

Additional hours may also be available if you are open to broadening your support to encompass the wider team.

**What you will be doing:
- *
  • Providing support to Senior Business Partners around ER templates
  • Rate and Salary benchmarking
  • Research around best practice areas and new legislation

Who would be a great fit?
The successful applicant will have a background of working in a previous HR consulting business and/or supporting a business that has multiple businesses/locations and will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years prior experience in a 'help desk' environment, supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Be highly proficient in working with, interpreting and understanding multiple awards and/or Enterprise Agreements
  • A high level of competence in understanding employment contract requirements and the differences between them
  • Experience benchmarking salary rates (to both the Award and the market)
  • The ability to provide practical, timely and solutionfocused advice that meets legislation and the needs of the client
  • Confidence and experience in drafting IR/ER supporting documentation including probation templates, warnings etc
  • Previous exposure to a help desk/CRM system that allows you to correctly log calls/information and time (we use Zoho)
  • Exposure to HRIS viewed favourably, such as Employment Hero
**In addition to the above experience, to be successful in this role you will: - **- Be a relatively High 'C' in DISC language which means you will be excellent at written communication and known for your attention to detail

  • Be great at asking the right questions to get all of the information you need to provide accurate and timely advice
  • Have a friendly and engaging phone manner
  • Like to operate in a fastpaced, small team environment where we all help each other out
