Located in Melbourne Street, North Adelaide in a newly refurbished office, Resolve Divorce use the skills, experience, and passion of their legal and operations team to deliver an exceptional client experience.


With a strong growth trajectory in front of the business, an opportunity exists to introduce a senior leader to drive the corporate service operations and delivery.


The work environment is fast paced, requiring someone to lead a function that maintains tempo and alignment with the Legal Services and Strategy and Marketing functions which are led by the business owners.


About the Role:


Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the Corporate Services Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of the business.

This multifaceted position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a keen business acumen, and the ability to drive performance and results.

The Corporate Services Manager will collaborate with various departments, stakeholders, and the executive leadership to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the business.

Areas of responsibility will stretch across the following functions and employees within the streams of Finance, ICT, Human Resources, Administration/Operations, and Client Services.


This position will assist in advancing the continuous improvement of the business and will play a key role in collaborating with other executive leaders in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing organisational strategy and ensuring the corporate service functions support exceptional client delivery and the performance of the Legal Services team.


Please note that an external Accountant supports the high-level financial practices and forecasting of the business, however this role will require strong financial acumen and experience with financial reporting and analytics.

Flexibility in the role is open to negotiation.


About you:

years' experience leading a diverse group of business support functions as either a Corporate Services Manager, COO of a smaller business, Operations or Business Manager.


  • Comprehensive experience leading a broad skilled team to deliver frontline support and services to internal and external clients, supporting their growth, performance, and success.
  • A client centric mindset with the client experience at the forefront of processes, systems of work and delivery support.
  • A strategic mindset with a strong commercial and business acumen, consistently identifying ways to reduce operating expenses, improving efficiency, and quality of services provided by the team.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of modern management and administration, legislative requirements, financial analysis, report writing, presentations and project management.
  • Hands on experience leading HR processes, frameworks and creating an environment that sets employees up for success in their job roles.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets, analyse operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and employee development.
  • The ability to think strategically and contribute to the Executive Leadership Team, but able to act and support the team in a practical manner.
  • Bachelor of Management; Bachelor of Business; or relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment would be advantageous.
