Want the flexibility to work from home or the office?If we've got your attention and you consider yourself technically brilliant then we'd like to meet you Role Highlights Work with other technically brilliant developers and team membersIndustry High Salary & Bonuses :)About the role You will be joining a core team of special ops Android & i OS developers where you will have a significant amount of autonomy.

You will be involved in the building and ongoing development of our Android products, and be a key member of the team who has a lot of responsibility and decision making ability.

We encourage creative thinking, and support lateral thinkers who can build out solutions in a scalable and modular way.

Responsibilities Work with the design and dev team to build a native Android application that is beautiful, performant, and well-engineered.

Architect and create products which are optimized for performance, growth and scalability.
A focus on code quality and reusability is important. Write UI/Unit/Functional Tests to ensure quality output.
Investigate, debug, and fix user-reported production issues.
Be an active member of the team, ready to share ideas.
Documentation. What we are looking for...Significant experience developing, deploying and maintaining apps with the Android SDK in Kotlin.
Bonus points if you have experience playing with Jetpack Compose, Room, and Google Maps.
Double bonus points if you have a background implementing encryption.
Experience building exceptional and maintainable apps.
Extensive experience with current software development methodologies and a strong understanding of design patterns in project development.
Solid product/design instincts and a desire to be involved in product decisions.
Understand the principles and process associated with continuous integration.
Outstanding written and oral communications skills.
Be self-motivated, and deliver against mutually agreed timeframes.

This role is based in Melbourne, Australia and working from home is currently a feature of the role (you may be required to work from the office one day per week or more).

The option to work from the office daily in central Melbourne is available.

A Mac Book Pro M3 Max with duel 43" monitors, test devices and any other necessary technical or office equipment will be supplied.

Remuneration Up to 50k Starting Bonus, 6mth Bonus, 12mth Bonus150k - 200k Base + Bonuses (100k+) + Benefits(well over 300k package at the higher end inc bonuses and benefits)
