    About the Role:

    Melba Support Services is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team, providing essential support to our C-suite executives. In this pivotal role, the Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Employee Experience Officer (CEEO) to ensure the seamless execution of their duties and responsibilities. We are looking for a proactive individual who can operate autonomously, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and the community. Moreover, the Executive Assistant will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to optimise processes and enhance operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be the go-to person for managing the inboxes, diaries, and deadlines of our CFO & CEEO.
    • Help keep our organisational policies and procedures in check, making sure everything is up-to-date and compliant.
    • Assist in organizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) meetings, making sure they run smoothly and efficiently.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization, while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Take the initiative to find ways to streamline processes and make things run even more smoothly.
    • Prepare top-notch packs/presentations for executive meetings, including all the important financial reports and updates.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather the info needed for meetings and make sure everyone's on the same page.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
    • A positive 'can do' attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
    • Always one step ahead, able to anticipate needs and keep things running smoothly.
    • Flexible and adaptable, able to juggle changing priorities with ease.
    • A whiz at project management.
    • Experience putting together packs and presentations for executive meetings.
    • A pro at managing emails and schedules.
    • Bonus points if you've worked closely with HR and finance teams before

    Requirements: A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don't already have them).
