    A rareLeadership roleis now on offer -This is a tremendous career role for a provenCommercial Lawyer alreadyat aSenior levelto primarily manage a broad range ofcomplex corporate & commercial mattersoften requiring aninnovative mindsetto deliver the solutions to achieve clients' desired outcomes.

    The clients here include investors/entrepreneurs/financiers, SME's and family-owned businesses, in addition to larger corporates.

    Fundamentally this role will involve providing timely, commercially astute and strategic advice and mentoring ona good mix of commercial advisory and property financerelated matters eg:

    • Business/Asset & share sales and acquisitionsCorporate restructuresJoint ventures/Investment agreementsComplex Unitholder and shareholder agreementsContractual agreements & terms of trade;Intellectual PropertyCorporate governancePrivacy compliance mattersPersonal Property Securities ActContractual agreements;Desired candidates.
