    Randstad has partnered with a well known utilities company, they are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Specialist to join their team. This exciting opportunity entails an initial 6-month contract, providing the successful candidate with a chance to make a meaningful impact within the organisation. The role will be stationed in the vibrant locale of North Sydney, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements.

    Your new role as Contracts Specialist:

  • Identifying and managing sourcing opportunities
  • Handling contract administration and contract management ensuring compliance
  • Managing key sourcing activities
  • Collaborating with Procurement and Category Managers
  • Driving sourcing process improvements and outcomes
  • Providing support for sourcing and tendering processes
  • Delivering procurement and tendering processes
  • Maintaining and analysing procurement vendors and spending data
  • Presenting recommendations for value and improvement
    About you:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Procurement policy and processes including tendering, sourcing and contract management.
  • Experience in the indirect procurement space would be beneficial
  • Effective influencing and relationship-building abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
