Work from home and North Sydney

6 Months + contract


Our client is looking for a
Technical Writer - Content Specialist - ServiceNow to work for a large organization in the North Sydney and Work from home.


Skills and experience:

-
Technical Writing experience in producing technical documentation

  • Experience in knowledge and content creation relating to and within the
  • ServiceNow Knowledge platform
  • Telecommunications industry experience
  • Experience in document production, publication, and management standards
  • Experience in project management methodologies such as AGILE, waterfall
  • Experience in change management methodologies such as Prosci and or ADKAR
  • Experience in producing content for publication in a variety of formats and media including HTML, Adobe Acrobat PDF, Help files.
  • Experience managing content in a knowledge base, including workflow management, article creation, search engine optimisation, reporting, analytics, and accessibility standards
  • Experience in incorporating graphics, diagrams, and illustrations within text, and able to create diagrams and illustrations using a variety of graphic design and flowcharting tools such as Visio, Photoshop, Canva
  • Experience in content management systems and collaboration platforms such as Panviva, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Lithium, Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Experience in creating engaging content to drive and support microlearning and knowledge transfer via enablement packs and or digital communication.
  • Experience generating refreshed content aligned to the transformation of Customer or Network Services to ServiceNow.
  • Experience contributing to the Change Impact Assessment and To Be Process
  • Create and maintain key work instructions, knowledge articles, user guides and associated documents that support the "To Be" Process and Solutions in the transformation to ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Content lifecycle management
