As they continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

As a Maintenance Planner at with our, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervision and Leadership: Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Facility Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's physical infrastructure, including offices, warehouses, and storage facilities. This involves handling tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, extend the lifespan of equipment, and optimize operational efficiency.

Emergency Response: Coordinate and respond to emergency maintenance situations promptly, ensuring the safety of employees and the preservation of company assets.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services when necessary, ensuring quality work and cost-effectiveness.

Inventory Management: Maintain a well-organized inventory of maintenance supplies, equipment, and tools to support efficient operations.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Generate reports and present maintenance updates to management.

Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, with a demonstrated track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
Trade qualifications, including facilities management qualifications or trade qualifications.
Previous management experience is desirable.
Preferred experience with Retail, Production or Ecommerce warehousing operations
Ability to diagnose issues, propose effective solutions, and make decisions under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with team members, vendors, and management.
Exceptional organisational abilities to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain documentation.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality of maintenance work and adherence to safety standards.
