Permanent Position- Stable position with Large organisation
- Tomago Location
- Accounts payable processing purchase orders
- Accounts receivable managing invoicing of jobs for the projects team
- Ability to find and resolve any discrepancies on purchase orders or invoices
- Answer and redirect calls.
- Maintain accurate and effective record management systems
- Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
The successful applicant will have**:
- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Selfmotivated, good problemsolving capabilities with the ability to multitask
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
