Our client is currently looking for a motivated All Rounder - Administration Assistant to join their team.

  • Accounts payable processing purchase orders
  • Accounts receivable managing invoicing of jobs for the projects team
  • Ability to find and resolve any discrepancies on purchase orders or invoices
  • Answer and redirect calls.
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems
  • Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.

The successful applicant will have**:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Selfmotivated, good problemsolving capabilities with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
