ROLE

Working across various site startup activities.
Keycontact at country level for either Ethical or Regulatory submissionrelated activities.
Providing Site Selection support for awarded multiservice projects.
Keycontact at country level for either Ethical or Regulatory submissionrelated activities.
Coordinating with internal functional departments
Ensuring various site startup activities are aligned with submissions activities.
Coordinating timelines.
Ensuring alignment of submission process for sites and study.
Prepare, review and coordinate the local regulatory submissions.
Collaborating with investigative sites and client company personnel.
Negotiating and finalizing site contracts and budgets as necessary.
Maintaining regular site contact during the startup phase.
Drafts, reviews, negotiates and finalizes agreements with study sites.
Negotiates within approved parameters both investigator grant budget negotiation parameters, contractual terms and conditions.

YOU

A positive 'can do attitude'
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Australian or New Zealand
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and EC regulations
