The successful applicant will have the ability to work calmly and consistently to support student learning and behaviour in the Primary context and support the social and emotional wellbeing of students in Years K-6. While experience in leadership roles is highly regarded, aspirant leaders with strong Primary experience are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills are required to work closely with external agencies such as the School Psychologist, the School of Special Educational Needs: Behaviour and Engagement (SSEN:BE) and other local support agencies.
