About Your Role

Safety Advisor (Manufacturing Plant)


Salary: 130k + superannuation (DOE)


Are you passionate about HSE in the workplace and want to grow your career within a leading business? Our client has a newly created position working collaboratively with the site HSE Manager as an HSE Officer on a full-time basis working on their manufacturing plant in the Norther Suburbs of Perth.

We are looking for someone to assist us in achieving some important goals and activities throughout the operation.

Can you tick some of these skills and capabilities?

  • Complete sitebased risk assessments
  • Update Manufacturing SOP's
  • HSE planning & systems management.
  • Provide support to leaders about Safety & Environment
  • Internal site auditing and continuous improvement of systems
  • Monitor performance & adherence to site improvement plans.
  • Lead and manage proactive hazard & risk management processes across all sites.
  • Endtoend injury management including Worker's Compensation
  • A flexible, responsive working style, focused on the "why and how".
  • Confident on Microsoft Suite
  • 35yrs safety experience in a manufacturing environment
