About the Business/role:
A well known Sydney builder who are known for delivering commercial/ industrial & residential projects valued at $15m plus are looking for an experienced PA/Office Manager/admin all rounder to start immediately.
We will not consider people who haven't worked in the construction industry or who haven't worked in more manual processing roles.
Duties, not limited to:
- PA/EA duties to the Director being an extension of him and rep for the business
- Site visits some regional project site visits too (car is preferred)
- Estimating & Bid assistance working with the director for this
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Diary management and set up meetings (internal and external)
- Company event planning and coordination
- Ad hoc admin
Requirements:
- Experience as an EA, PA, Office Manager, Site Admin or Project Admin
- Excellent MS Office/O365 knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Confidence in communicating with various stakeholders
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Australian Drivers Licence ideal
- Admin or PA Diploma/ Certificate desired but not essential
