    About Our Client

    A Global Manufacturing organisation

    Job Description

    • Guiding and leading IT Strategy to exceed client expectations
    • Initiating new processes and procedures
    • Working closely with Global IT team and vendors
    • Being a point of contact for higher level technical issues
    • Construct Technology road map for Server, LAN/WAN, Infrastructure, storage, database and middle-ware platforms
    • Ongoing Maintenance and optimization of SAP Landscape
    • Managing On site support team including 3rd Party vendors

    The Successful Applicant

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Experience implementing SAP Solutions
    • +5 years experience in managing Help-desk/Service delivery environment
    • Experienced with ITIL processes
    • Strong leadership experience
    • Experienced in creating and implementing new procedures
    • Budgetary experience
    • Customer Centric
    • Good technical skills, someone who isn't afraid to be hands on
    • Experienced within Networking, telecommunications systems and Desktop and Laptop operating systems
