Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Systems Support Officer to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) in Australia.

From identification of potential business opportunities; through front-end evaluation and definition studies into project execution and commissioning; and increasingly into their ongoing operations by supporting business efficiency improvements and ultimate operations closure.

About the Role
The Project Controls Systems Support Officer is accountable for offering proactive functional support for project managers and controllers.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to sharing tips, techniques, and FAQs with relevant stakeholders, recording user feedback for future action by a wider team, identifying potential future process and tool improvements, and extracting and analysing data for the purpose of driving adoption and compliance.


As the Project Controls Systems Support Officer you will cultivate understanding of project management and control tools functionality and how it integrates inside the Hatch ecosystem and communicate and collaborate with regional and global team to achieve outcomes.


About You

  • Undergraduate Degree or Diploma
  • 02 years work experience preferably in a team environment
  • Practical, structured thinking for efficient completion of tasks
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Positive, enthusiastic, proactive attitude
  • Willingness to travel
  • A natural problem solver
