- VPS Grade 2: $55,439 $71,194 plus superannuation.
The Barwon South West region provides services at Justice Service Centres in Geelong and Warrnambool, this role will be located at the Geelong Justice Service Centre.
About the RoleIn a Justice Service Centre, a Justice Officer provides a combination of reception and concierge functions, and administrative and business support services.
The role requires a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, integrity, accuracy, compliance and timeliness.Some of your duties may include:
- Liaise with a broad range of clients, internal and external stakeholders and the public in a prompt, courteous and effective manner, ensuring a high level of customer service is provided.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the administrative function through actively contributing to business improvement initiatives.
- Undertake tasks that provide an efficient administration function in the location and the region, including accounts payable, file management and mail.
- Provide reception and telephone responses for the location.
- Welldeveloped computer literacy.
- Welldeveloped customer service skills & experience

This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).Acceptable evidence includes:
- COVID19 digital certificate or ATAGI exemption certificate (available via your myGov account)
- Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)
